Workshop dinner continuation of Foraging&Ppreserving done at the orangery of Gatenhielmska huset in late August. We prepared a menu to put in relevance those ingredients:

In addition, the evening opened up questions around temporality, preservation, urban food culture vs local food networking, how food is charged historically and politically and new rituals and traditions manifesting the future we dream of. With the lectures of ____ and by welcoming the participants to hang above the table responses to the said texts.
